The aim of the policy is to promote good practice, providing members (children and young people and adults including coaches) with appropriate safety and protection whilst in the care of Arches Badminton Club.
Arches Badminton Club is committed to the welfare of its members, which is paramount. All reasonable steps are taken to protect them from harm, discrimination and degrading treatment. All suspicions and allegations of poor practice or abuse will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately.
